SPEAKER PANEL

Hear dTHS students and teachers give a firsthand account of their mission to Uganda to teach African peers how to grow the superfood spirulina* using biotechnology and cutting edge methods.

Working in partnership with students from Gymnasia Ivrit Herzilya High School in Israel, our students used a pay-it-forward model to disseminate knowledge to their African peers who can then pass it along to other needy communities as a means to end malnutrition.

*Spirulina is the healthiest food nature has to offer because it is pack with protein, minerals, vitamins, and antioxidants.
