Interscholastic Equestrian League Show #2

de Toledo Equestrian riders make their presence known at the IEL Show #2

The de Toledo Equestrian Team placed in 4th out of the 80 schools that entered the I.E.L. Show #2 at the Hansen Dam Horse Park. Emma Nulman finished the show as the Co-Champion in the Overall JV Standings, tying for first place. Nulman was particularly splendid in the Handy Hunter and the Hunt Seat Equitation Over Fences, which she finished in 1st and 2nd, respectively. Nulman sits at 4th overall in the Equitation standings at this juncture of the season. Lauren Schimmel also impressed, finishing 8th in the Jumper Class. She currently holds 10th place in that category for the 2018-19 season.

Nulman and Schimmel are still contending for the top spot in the JV standings, as they are currently placed in 4th and 19th, respectively, out of 76 riders. In landing in 4th, Nulman has qualified for the City Medal Championship, an invitational for those ranked in the top-15, which will take place on April 14.
