One of the truly unique aspects of life at de Toledo is how we’re always prioritizing our students’ mental health and emotional well-being.
As part of this key focus, this past week we held our 6th annual “Do You Mind?” Mental Health Fair on campus, designed to reintroduce students to the range of resources available to them through dTHS clubs, teachers, and a number of outside partner organizations.
Just some of the topics covered at this past week's fair included Ways to De-Stress, Teen Talks, Support & Empowerment, Suicide Prevention Insights, Understanding Fentanyl and Other Substances, as well as Validation & Awareness.
This fair is just one more reminder that – here at de Toledo – students are never alone, and are provided specific tools and techniques to overcome stress, confront uncertainty, and navigate high school life with confidence and joy.
