There are many things we can leave to our children. We can leave an estate; we can leave great memories; and we can leave love. In addition to these precious legacies, for Debby and me, the most important inheritance for our children is an outstanding general and Jewish education. Such an education is the foundation stone upon which our children, and all future generations of children, can launch lives of contribution, of meaning, of spirit, and of success. Our hope is that the Powell Legacy Endowment Fund ensures that no child is ever turned away from de Toledo education, and that all in our community an benefit from the knowledge, values, and community we believe are the definition of education excellence, now, and for the next 100 years and beyond."
