Jaguars Claim Two All-CIF-SS First Team Bids
Senior Jonah Weisberg and Freshman Ethan Stubington pitch and hit their way to first team all CIF-SS Status
Two-way phenoms Jonah Weisberg and Ethan Stubington were selected to the All CIF-SS Division 7 Team for their transcendent seasons. Weisberg put a bow on his scholastic career by leading the Jaguars to two playoff wins on the bump against Hillcrest Christian and the Academy of Careers & Exploration.
Ethan Stubington, who was named Liberty League MVP in his first year in the program, manufactured dominant performances akin to a more seasoned athlete. Stubington followed Weisberg's charge in a road playoff win against Cate and in a relief role in the semifinals, keeping the Jaguars alive in the game with guileful stuff.
Located in the San Fernando Valley portion of the City of Los Angeles in Northern Los Angeles County. de Toledo High School is accredited by the California Association of Independent Schools (CAIS), the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) and Builders of Jewish Education (BJE,) and financially supported by the Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles and the Jim Joseph Foundation.
