Jacob Rudner: CIF-SS Division 4 100 Breaststroke Champion
Rudner captures de Toledo's first CIF-SS Championship
Jacob Rudner shattered his own preseason expectations by becoming de Toledo's first CIF-SS Champion, winning the 100 Breaststroke by a wide three seconds. Rudner finished the race in 59.38 and was the only swimmer to complete the race under the minute mark. He entered the 100 Breaststroke with the best regular season time in Division 4 (1:00.71) and followed through in the CIF-SS Preliminaries (59.67) and Championship to etch his name atop the leaderboard.
Rudner also finished second in the 200 IM by less than .3 seconds (2:00.46).
Located in the San Fernando Valley portion of the City of Los Angeles in Northern Los Angeles County. de Toledo High School is accredited by the California Association of Independent Schools (CAIS), the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) and Builders of Jewish Education (BJE,) and financially supported by the Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles and the Jim Joseph Foundation.
