Boys Varsity Basketball and Soccer earn bids to the CIF-SS postseason

BOYS VARSITY BASKETBALL PLAYOFFS: de Toledo @ Garden Street Academy
 
The Jaguars claimed a spot in the Division 5A CIF-SS Playoffs, after missing a bid last season. de Toledo finished third in the Independence League. The Jaguars will look to have an extended playoff run built on their defense and shooting acumen. de Toledo will hit the road to take on Garden Street Academy in Santa Barbara. Garden Street Academy finished the season in second place in the Condor League with a 6-2 league record (9-7 overall). The Comets are coming off of a three-game winning streak. The Jaguars are on an equally impressive run, winning seven of their past nine matches.

de Toledo qualified for the Division 7 CIF-SS Playoffs, riding a three-game streak into the postseason. The Jaguars ended the season in third place in the Liberty League. The team has outscored their opponents in the last three games by a 13-3 goal margin. de Toledo will take a short trip to Newbury Park to take on Newbury Park Adventist Academy. The Gators finished atop the Omega League with a 9-1 record (9-1-1 overall). They have defeated four straight league opponents. The Jaguars will look to play a beautiful game at all three phrases to make a long run in the postseason.
